Rodrigo Gaspar Larocca

Lawyer, graduated in Law from the Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo (Law School of São Bernardo do Campo) – FDSBC (2020) and is about to postgraduate in Intellectual Property, Entertainment, Media and Fashion Law from Escola Superior da Advocacia – ESA/SP (2023).

Acting in the area of business law, with a focus on civil litigation of intellectual property, in claims related, above all, to trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyrights and competition law.

Advisory member of the Intellectual Property Commission of OAB SP, Guarujá Subsection. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Branch.
