Raphael Lemos Maia

Lawyer, graduated in Law from Mackenzie (2004), he has been working in the administrative and judicial areas for over 20 years, advising national and foreign clients on intellectual property matters.

Specialist in Civil Procedure by the International Institute of Social Sciences – IICS (2009), specialist in Intangible Property, Copyright and Industrial Property from Escola Superior da Advocacia – ESA/SP (2014) and specialist in Digital Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas [Getúlio Vargas Foundation] – FGV (2023), with solid experience and professional experience in the areas of strategic litigation, participating in litigation related to trademarks, patents, copyrights, unfair competition, trade dress, software and the fight against piracy. Author of the article Ambush marketing and the General Law of the World Cup, published by Livraria do Advogado, in the book “O Direito e a Copa do Mundo de Futebol”, he participated in the law firm of other renowned law firms specialized in Intellectual Property.

He is a member of important associations such as AASP, INTA and the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Branch.
