Marcos Toshiro Iwai

Electronic Engineer, graduated from the Faculdade de Engenharia de São Paulo [School of Engineering of São Paulo] – FESP (2009) and Electronic Technician, graduated from ETE Getúlio Vargas (1998).

Industrial Property Agent, elected by the National Institute of Industrial Property – INPI (2011). With more than twenty years of experience in the patent area, of which more than 12 years in the firm. Responsible for the technical area of the Department of Invention Patents, Utility Models, Industrial Designs and Software Registration, leading a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Pharmacists and Chemists, among other specialties.

He manages portfolios of national and foreign clients, in addition to participating in congresses in the area of intellectual property.
