Alina Dias Guimarães Oliveira

Senior lawyer, manager of the Trademark Advisory Legal Department, part of the Trademark Advisory team since 2004. Graduated in Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo [Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo] – PUC/SP (1997) specializing in Industrial Property Law from the Università Degli Studi di Milano – Italy (1999) and in New Technologies Law at CEU Law School – CEU (2008).

Since 1999, she has been working in the area of intellectual property, in the advisory field, advising national and international clients on matters involving trademarks, domain names, copyright, digital law, trade dress, unfair competition and advertising law. Visiting professor at ABAPI’s Professional Training Course in Industrial Property Basic Level (2019). Member of INTA and of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Branch.
