Adriana do Valle Garotti

Senior lawyer, manager of the Trademark Advisory Legal Department, part of the Trademark Advisory team since 2004. Graduated in Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo [Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo] – PUC/SP (1997), postgraduate in Industrial Property Law and Commercial Law from Università Degli Studi di Milano – Italy (1999) and specialized in International Law by London Guildhall University – England (1999).

Acting in the area of intellectual property, in the trademark advisory field, advising national and international clients on all matters involving trademarks, copyright, digital law, domain names and trade dress. Visiting professor at the ABAPI Industrial Property Training Course (2019). Member of INTA, MARQUES and the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Branch.
