Thiago Ferreira da Cruz

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Fluminense Federal University – UFF (2022)

Working as a Patent Specialist since 2021, his practice focuses on the prosecution of invention patents, utility models and industrial designs. In addition, he analyzes technical opinions issued by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) in several areas and provides clients with optimal strategies to respond to such opinions, in combination with his knowledge of the Brazilian Patent Statute, as well as official INPI ordinances, normative instructions and examination guidelines.
