Ricardo Losinskas Hachul

Criminal lawyer, graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo – USP (2014). Postgraduate degree in Criminal Procedure from the Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law (IDPEE) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences – IBCCRIM (2019).

Experience of 10 years working in criminal defense, especially in the area of corporate crimes, and, in the last 2 years, in the area of criminal prosecution, in crimes against intangible property, especially in the fight against piracy.

Member of the team for repression of infractions, he is responsible for teaching training courses for police, tax and customs authorities and for organizing and monitoring actions to combat piracy and other crimes against intangible property throughout the national territory.

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association/SP.
