Mariana Benfati Brandi Silva

Lawyer, graduated in Law from the Centro Universitário de São José do Rio Preto – University Center of São José do Rio Preto – UNIRP (2010).

She is a specialist in Intangible Property, Copyright, Industrial Property, Personality Rights and Communication from the Escola Superior de Advocacia de São Paulo – ESA/SP (2014). Acting in civil and criminal measures in the fight against intellectual property crimes.

Coordinator of the department of repression of infractions of the firm, having expertise for more than 10 years in strategic work and intelligence to trigger large operations of search and seizure of products counterfeits nationwide, in addition to a long-lasting relationship with police authorities, tax agents and customs agents.

Is a co-author of many articles, spokesperson about themes related to intellectual property and diversity; and inclusion in the LGBTQIA+ community before OAB[Brazilian Bar Association]/SP, ABPI and OAB/RN. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Branch, of the Intellectual Property Commission of the OAB/SP Subsection Guarujá, and of the Diversity Commission of the OAB/SP Subsection Butantã.
