Valdilaine Cardoso da Silva

Lawyer and Industrial Property Agent, examined by the National Institute of Industrial Property – INPI (2005).

Graduated in Law from Universidade Nove de Julho (2022), graduated in Computer Science from Universidade Ibirapuera – UNIB (1996).

She has worked for more than 27 years in the national and international administrative area of industrial property, with a predominant role as a Consultant in Patents, Industrial Design and Software Registration. She participates in the process of analysis and management of national and international processes, mainly with deposits via PCT. She also has experience with analysis of documents for transfer and change of ownership with the INPI. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Guarulhos/SP Subsection and Member of the Youth Advocacy Commission at the OAB/SP Guarulhos Subsection.
