Leonardo Severiano Ribeiro

Attorney at law, graduated in Law from Universidade São Judas Tadeu (USJT) in 2022, with experience in civil litigation, advising domestic and foreign clients in lawsuits involving intellectual property, corporate law, and digital law.

Specialist in Digital Law, Innovation Management, and Intellectual Property from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) (2024). He has solid experience in civil litigation involving intellectual property, as well as expertise in combating piracy, cracking down on intellectual property rights infringements in digital environments, and investigating cybercrimes, having participated in international operations, such as Operation 404.

Author of the articles “Análise Comparativa da Foreign Anti-Digital Piracy Act” [Comparative Analysis of the Foreign Anti-Digital Piracy Act] and “ANATEL: Os esforços da Agência no combate à pirataria de IPTV” [ANATEL: The Agency’s efforts to combat IPTV piracy] published by the Migalhas portal, as well as the chapter “Lighthouse Initiatives: Receita Cidadã in Brazil,” published by House Marques. Throughout his professional career, he has been a member of the legal teams at renowned, specialized intellectual property law firms.
